Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days with proof of purchase from LaurelElliott.com for our sterling silver products only. Gold and/or custom products are not returnable or refundable. The items must be unworn and in the condition in which they were shipped, including jewelry packaging. Please email us or call 212-995-9300 x 201 to receive a return authorization number and return shipping address. If your item was purchased through another retailer, website or catalog, please contact that retailer directly for return policies.
