Wholesale Orders:
There are no minimum orders but all opening orders are paid for in advance of shipping by credit card or PayPal. Net 30 terms is available for approved wholesale customers who have set up terms with us directly.  

Lead times:
Although the Laurel Elliott collection is large, we try to maintain inventory of our sterling silver pieces that can be shipped within 3 business days. If we are out of stock on a particular item, we will contact you the next business day to give you an estimated ship date. Large quantity orders of sterling silver should be made four to six weeks in advance to guarantee timely delivery. 

Sterling Silver rings are available in half sizes and are available as a special order. Delivery is approximately 20-25 business days from receipt of order. All of our jewelry can be handcrafted in 14kt yellow, white and rose gold as a custom order. Delivery for gold jewelry is approximately 20-25 business days from receipt of order depending on the style. Payment is due in full before shipment and custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping:
We ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight of the package and destination. A drop shipping charge of $7.50 is added to a Wholesale order in addition to the shipping fee when an order is shipped to an alternate address not in the customer profile. 

We ship to the USA, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Australia and the European Union countries. To place an international order, please email us or call +1-212-995-9300 x 201. Estimated delivery time is 6-14 business days. International orders may incur additional duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees for which the customer is responsible.

Warranty and returns:
Our jewelry is handcrafted by artisans in New York and variations in craftsmanship are unique and individual to each item. We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects. Please Email us or call 212-995-9300 x 201 for any questions or to discuss a return. All returned merchandise requires a return authorization number and mailed to the proper address. Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
