Tabby Cat has been adapted in low relief from a drawing by Edward Gorey in the 1982 edition of Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats by T. S. Eliot, illustrated by Edward Gorey. This drawing appears at the close of the chapter titled "The Ad-dressing of Cats" which contains the inimitable lines beloved by cat lovers everywhere "A CAT IS NOT A DOG". Gorey's signature is on the back.
