Cat On A Unicycle Sterling Silver Pin
Adapted from Edward Gorey's illustrations for Category, also known as Cat E Gory.
- 1-1/8" wide x 1-5/8" long
This silver animal pin of an improbable Cat on a Unicycle has been adapted from a drawing in the book Category, also known as Cat E Gorey, a collection of fifty drawings of cats in invariably funny poses and/or involved in rather unusual activities for a cat. The charm of this particular cat with his arms crossed in bravado, scarf flying and balanced on a unicycle is enormous. Part of the Laurel Elliott whimsical jewelry collection.
Sterling silver will retain its luster for years and frequent wearing of your jewelry will help prevent tarnishing. We recommend polishing your sterling silver jewelry with a dry silver polishing cloth available at most grocery or hardware stores. We do not recommend polishing with silver polish as this may remove the antiquing. When you are not wearing your jewelry, storing your silver in the jewelry bag in which it came will help prevent tarnishing.
