English: Hope Sterling Silver Ring
BR002R5
Inscribed on exterior: a traditional ball and scroll pattern. Inscribed on interior: Hope is the life of love.

The gold original of this poesy ring was handmade in England in the 16th or 17th century and is now in the British Museum. The exterior of the original ring is banded in a wreath pattern - each band enclosing a small round dome. The replica is antiqued to show the delicacy of the design. The engraved sentiment on the interior expresses a truth about the love that it is created with hope, as true today as it was when it was first written. This engraved ring makes beautiful gold & silver wedding rings.
Sterling silver will retain its luster for years and frequent wearing of your jewelry will help prevent tarnishing. We recommend polishing your sterling silver jewelry with a dry silver polishing cloth available at most grocery or hardware stores. We do not recommend polishing with silver polish as this may remove the antiquing. When you are not wearing your jewelry, storing your silver in the jewelry bag in which it came will help prevent tarnishing.
